Advice
My main piece of advice is to be yourself. I suggest 'be yourself' because Hyland is full of extremely talented and unique individuals and if you allow yourself to open up and be comfortable with who you are as a person, everyone will get to know you for who you genuinely are, not just the 100% professional side you only show at work.
One other small piece of advice is to take advantage of all the resources Hyland provides (and they have many)! If you are working from home there are workout classes via Zoom you can participate in or if you are in the office you can get a haircut/massage for a very low price. As well, they have their own learning platform to develop your professional and technical skills - the list of benefits/perks goes on and on!
In conclusion, 1) be yourself and you will stand out, 2) take advantage of all the amazing benefits that this company is handing you to be a better, healthier, and happier version of yourself!
