
Recruiting Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal to providing a world-class experience to candidates and hiring teams alike, as you help drive our recruiting operations forward across multiple business functions.
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for full-lifecycle scheduling, candidate engagement, interview logistics, and recruitment process improvement. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and various stakeholders across the business, while managing a wide range of administrative and strategic tasks to keep the hiring engine running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate a high volume of candidate interviews (virtual and in-person) across our global offices.
- Own and manage candidate communication, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from application to offer stage; Including greeting and supporting candidates during on-site interviews, offering real-time troubleshooting and hospitality.
- Track, update, and maintain candidate data in our applicant tracking system.
- Partner on cross-functional HR and recruiting projects such as process documentation, data analysis, vendor management, and process improvements.
- Being onsite in Chicago to address ad-hoc recruiting and HR needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required w/0–6 years of experience in a professional environment, preferably in recruiting, project management or a related field.
- Strong work ethic and persistence combined with patience and a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using the following technologies:
- ATS and/or CRM
- Calendar management in Gmail / Google apps
- Basic computer and data-entry experience with Google Suite
- Flexible, responsive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable managing competing priorities and shifting deadlines.
- Passionately work towards improving the status quo and finding clever ways to have incremental improvements to processes, data, and any other forms of information supportive of a better recruiting process.
