Assistant Operations Manager (Real Estate + Tech)

Join a boutique real estate development and education startup using software and AI to rethink how things get built and taught. You’ll work side-by-side with our founder (a serial entrepreneur) and take the lead on managing platforms like HubSpot, JobTread, InvestNext, and Asana. From investor communications to student support to internal ops, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our systems running smoothly and smartly.

 

This is an ideal role for a recent grad who’s tech-savvy, highly organized, and excited to learn fast, wear many hats, and help build something real—literally.
