
Sales Manager
We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team! This role is responsible for managing the entire sales process from inquiry to event execution. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing event planning, contracting, and collaboration with our culinary and service teams to ensure seamless, high-quality events. We have multiple roles within the our organization from sales to marketing and based on individuals skills and interest, we would be able to assing and develop to the proper role.
We would also consider interns and part-time candidates as well for this role, with the expectation that the successful candidate will transition to a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries, schedule and prioritize events based on capacity.
- Coordinate and lead tastings, site visits, and virtual planning meetings with clients.
- Create customized proposals and contracts, and manage all event logistics from start to finish.
- Collaborate with kitchen leads, venue staff, event coordinators, and internal departments to ensure flawless execution.
- Identify and pursue new catering opportunities, including office lunches, corporate events, weddings, and private celebrations.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with regional Indian cuisine is a must.
- Proven experience in catering, hotel, or event sales is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write polished client and sales emails.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an eye for detail.
- Must be comfortable with flexible scheduling, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- We expect 50% Work-from-home, but regular onsite client visits and event presence are required.
