Job Opening: Children’s Hip-Hop Dance Instructor (Hayward Area)Pay: $40–$50/hr (Teaching), $25/hr (Meetings/Trainings)Schedule: Weekdays, 2:45–5:30 p.m. | Part-Time | In-Person

Who We Are:Beat Box Dance Academy is a mobile enrichment program dedicated to authentic hip-hop education for children ages 5–10. We combine Old School and New School dance with teamwork, creativity, and performance-building.
What We’re Looking For:An energetic, punctual, and dependable instructor with a strong background in hip-hop dance and a passion for working with kids. You'll teach 1–3 classes/week at local schools, with potential to continue based on performance.
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years teaching hip-hop to children (ages 5–10)
- 5+ years of personal hip-hop training (Old School & New School)
- Ability to teach grooves, basic breakdancing, popping, locking, house
- Strong classroom management (12–20 kids)
- Reliable car & current auto insurance
- Available weekdays 3:00–6:00 p.m.
- Quick communicator (responds within 24 hrs)
- Fingerprint + TB clearance
- 18+ years old
