Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP / Speech Therapist) — Rigby, Rexburg, Ashton (In-Person)

Rehab Specialists of Idaho is hiring full-time and part-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our outpatient therapy team. Positions are available across multiple clinic locations in Rigby, Rexburg, Ashton, and Island Park.

This position is fully in-person across multiple clinic settings. Flexible start dates are available upon hire.

We deliver therapy services at four RSI clinics (Island Park, Ashton, Rigby, Rexburg), Madison Memorial Hospital, area school districts, and home health agencies throughout Madison, Jefferson, and Fremont counties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for pediatric and adult patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment
• Provide therapy for speech, language, voice, fluency, cognition, swallowing, and social communication disorders
• Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, physicians, and interdisciplinary therapy teams
• Educate families and caregivers on patient care and home carryover strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation in Electronic Health Records (EHR)

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (or eligible)
• Licensed or license-eligible Speech-Language Pathologist in Idaho
• Strong clinical skills, collaboration, and communication abilities
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Compensation

• Starting salary for new graduates begins at $70,000/year (DOE)
• Additional compensation based on experience, certifications, and schedule

Schedule

• Flexible full-time and part-time schedules available
• 4-hour, 8-hour, and 10-hour shifts available
• In-person at multiple clinic locations
