Part time Admin Assistant/Property Management Assistant

As a Property Management Assistant you will help the office run smoothly and assist with our ongoing leasing and property management efforts. This position requires attention to detail, quick learning, multitasking, and the ability to complete tasks by given deadline and an ability to take and execute direction.

The key will be to bring a positive, can-do attitude to the job each day; make it easy for the All County team members to ask for and receive your help; and be able to trust that you will reliably perform the requested tasks. Examples of typical tasks to be performed as part of this role could include, but not be limited to, the following:
Assistant Duties
o Property Walk Throughs/ Inspections
o Taking photos
o Data Entry
o Scheduling/Coordinating Walk Throughs/Inspections
o Placing/removing lockboxes
o Making copies of keys
o Arranging /hosting Storage Unit Showings
o Posting/Removing Signs
o Meeting vendors
o Communicating/documenting possible maintenance work needed
o Work Independently and as part of a team
Performs the administrative functions of the Property Management Team assuring a high level of professionalism in property issues, including timely response to and resolution of any tenant requests or concerns.
