GPA is seeking an outgoing and motivated Recruiter that enjoys working as part of a team, can set personal goals, and possesses creative sourcing abilities. Our Recruiters are responsible for procuring top talent to fill the current and on-going personnel needs with our clients in the engineering, architectural, design, administrative, and niche professional fields.

  • Utilize career fairs, job boards, networking and social media sites to source, identify and qualify professionals in the engineering, technical, administrative and professional fields.
  • Ability to work in a casual, but fast paced work environment.
  • Attract and retain quality candidates in a timely manner.
  • Work with our Account Managers and Business Developers on future client needs and have the ability to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Act as the point of contact for candidates in all stages of the interviewing and hiring process.
  • Build long-term on-going relationships with candidates before, during and after successful placement.
  • Extend offers of employment, schedule new hire on-boarding, handle employee personnel matters.
