Customer Service Representative

Position Summary:
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This position will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to clients, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Description:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues

Requirements and Skills:

Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
• Experience in handling client communications via multiple channels
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment is a plus

Skills & Knowledge:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Good time management and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English required
• Proficient in basic office computer operations, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
