Office and Patient Care Coordinator

Successful Wellness Center in Austin seeks a dynamic, diligent and motivated Office Care Coordinator.

Practice Support Specialist/ROCKSTAR
Compensation: $18-$22/hour + BONUS (dependent upon experience + performance)
Employment type: 28-30 hrs weekly/average

We're looking for a RockStar Patient and Office Care Coordinator to join our fast-paced Austin chiropractic wellness center. MUST BE health-conscious, FUN, and passionate about helping people.

REQUIREMENTS and Responsibilities:

  • Comfortable with Business Casual wardrobe (Willing to wear office polo shirts/uniform)
  • Desire to practice, learn and be excellent with using scripts for phones and in-office sales.
  • Must be available AT LEAST 1-2 weekend and evenings/month (Applicant can expect up to 12 weekend events per year and up to 35+ hours per week)
  • We are looking for a 2-year minimum commitment.
  • Light cleaning and office upkeep
  • Can grow into directs sales and public speaking
  • Has a natural sales style for promotions and growth with a healthy ambition for success
  • Has assertive leadership skills and is goal driven
  • Proficiency with Google, Apple products, Canva, merchant service gateways, basic office skills, Social Media savvy, and EHR skills a must or enthusiastic to learn.

Compensation: Hourly rate determined by office experience and qualifications. Benefits include chiropractic care, in-house discounts on health related wellness products, as provided in the office, educational classes, and more. Bonuses are production based and include cash, chiropractic care, healing & empowerment seminars and more. Production bonuses and personal paid days after 90 days of employment and vacation pay after 1 year.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 30 per week
