Account Executive - Equipment Finance

As we continue to expand our Bank Channel and Capital Markets Division, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the banking and capital markets sector for equipment financing services. Cold Calling on prospects and existing database of clients and vendors
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their equipment financing needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Equipment Finance and Working Capital Divisions.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to ensure a competitive edge in the capital markets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of equipment leasing transactions.
- Documentation: Prepare and review lease agreements, financial documents, and related paperwork to facilitate smooth and compliant transactions.
- Customer Education: Educate clients on the benefits of equipment financing/leasing and provide guidance on the most suitable financing options based on their unique business requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, preferably within the banking or equipment leasing/financing industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
