Customer Service Representative/ Account Manager

Overview
We are kitchen cabinet wholesaler located in Chicago, and we recently expanded to Indianapolis. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary focus will be assisting clients with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our company. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain customer records.
  • Provide sales support by promoting products and services to potential clients.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize computer systems to document interactions, track progress, and manage customer accounts.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in both English and any additional languages as needed (e.g., Spanish; bilingual skills are a plus).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
  • Strong outbound calling skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software applications related to customer support.
  • Second language ability is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
