Position Overview: Synergy Houses is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Care Coordinator (RCC) to join our team at our West Chester, PA campus. The RCC will play a crucial role in guiding clients through Synergy’s Housing Program, focusing on relationship building and maintaining a professional, humble approach. This position reports to the Assistant Program Director and collaborates closely with the Director of Case Management, Directors at Housing, and fellow Recovery Care Coordinators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: Enhance client care by supporting daily operations, ensuring a safe and clean environment, and aligning client engagement with treatment goals.
- Supportive Environment: Foster a collaborative and empowering atmosphere for both staff and clients, promoting personal growth.
- Program Engagement: Engage clients through conversation, activities, interventions, and programming, ensuring alignment with company values.
- Process Execution: Support and execute daily, weekly, and monthly operational processes, communicating promptly with colleagues and supervisors regarding client engagement.
- Program Facilitation: Facilitate programming, activities, and crisis interventions to meet client needs effectively.
- Collaboration: Regularly collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure optimal treatment for each client.
- Administrative Tasks: Execute organizational and administrative tasks as directed by the supervisor.
- Crisis Support: Provide effective support and guidance during challenging situations for both staff and clients.
- Daily Operations: Ensure smooth and effective execution of the daily schedule and program activities.
- Alumni and Community Connection: Connect clients with Synergy alumni and local sober community members to support their recovery journey.
- Phasing and Drug Testing: Assist with the phasing process for clients, conduct drug testing (urine analysis and BA), and ensure compliance with program guidelines.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Maintain regular communication with leadership in other departments to align program goals and initiatives.
- Meetings and Reporting: Facilitate house meetings and write incident reports as necessary.
