What You’ll Do
As a Creative Designer at Arcade, you will:

  • Use AI-assisted design tools to create unique product concepts
  • Curate and manage your own storefront of products on our ecommerce platform
  • Participate in opportunities to get paid up to $400 monthly for your designs
  • Submit original designs in categories like jewelry, textiles, and rugs
  • Receive feedback and guidance through our pre-approval process to sharpen your aesthetic and increase product visibility
  • Collaborate with a community of forward-thinking digital creatives

Monetary Incentives

  • 5% commission on every sale of your product designs
  • Up to $400/month in cash for submitted, approved designs:
    • $5 per Jewelry and Rug design (maximum 50 entries/month)
    • $3 per Textile or Artist Model design (maximum 50 entries/month)
  • Pre-approval deadline: To ensure your designs meet our quality standards, you can submit up to 50 designs on the 15th of each month. Rejected designs won’t count toward your final submission total.

Every submitted design is reviewed based on:

  • Creative Expression: Artistic identity & design originality
  • Craft Integrity: Precision, detail, & overall construction
  • Market Appeal & Virality: Style forward & customer desirability
  • Visual Impact: Overall aesthetic & attention-catching quality
  • Emotional Appeal: Storytelling & emotional resonance
