Marketing & Administrative Liasson

As a Marketing Specialist, your role is to foster relationships across the senior care ecosystem,
including independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and Veteran support
networks, while promoting Visiting Angels’ services as the preferred home care solution.
You’ll be out in the community, educating partners, meeting families, and participating in local
events to build brand awareness and generate client referrals.

Engage with community partners: discharge planners, physicians, senior living communities,
Veteran organizations & many others.
 Represent Visiting Angels at local events, senior expos, health fairs, and networking
gatherings.
 Promote our non-medical in-home care services with clarity and compassion.
 Serve as an ambassador for our mission of aging in place with dignity.
 Support digital marketing initiatives including email, SEO, and social media engagement.
 Maintain records of outreach efforts, leads, and partnership activities using CRM and
marketing tools.
 Collaborate with leadership to develop a targeted Marketing Action Plan and meet referral
goals.

Who You Are

 A recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Health Administration, or
Communications.
 A natural communicator who enjoys connecting with people and building trusted
relationships.
 Passionate about elder care, Veterans, and making a difference locally.
 Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in the field.
 Familiar with the Prince William and Fairfax County senior care landscape (a plus).
 Interested in gaining valuable experience in relationship marketing, community
engagement, and grassroots outreach.
Principal Accountabilities & Essential Functions
 Build and nurture referral relationships in the senior care and healthcare communities.
 Confidently present at meetings and public events.
 Understand and communicate the benefits of private-duty home care.
 Contribute to the execution of digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, social media).
 Maintain accurate logs and weekly reports on outreach activities.
 Stay informed about local senior care trends and competitor positioning.
 Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and adherence to all compliance standards.
