Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Our Mental Health Group Practice is seeking experienced and dedicated clinicians interested in providing therapy on a contractual basis to a diverse client population in the office and/or home in the greater Baltimore Metropolitan area. We currently have multiple locations to place Therapists in, including high schools.

                                                                      REQUIREMENTS:
1) Be licensed in the State of Maryland to practice independently as a LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, LGMFT, LCMFT or Licensed Clinical Psychologist
2) Have a minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience

                                                                      JOB SUMMARY:
The Therapist will provide specialized services to include diagnosis, assessments, counseling and treatment planning. The therapist role is responsible for working with individuals, couples and/or families to promote optimum mental health and strengthens Solid Ground’s brand by assisting in the fulfillment of the organization’s mission.

                                               QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
   •    Ability to outline/develop treatment plans and complete contact notes
   •    Ability to establish rapport and maintain effective relationships with clients;
   •    Ability to formulate diagnoses;
   •    Ability to manage a caseload;
   •    Ability to perform mental health assessments and apply treatment approaches/modalities;
   •    Considerable knowledge of intake procedures, social history development and interviewing techniques;
   •    Considerable knowledge of psychiatric, psychological, and/or sociological terminology and concepts;
