-Greet customers upon arrival and departure
-Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
-Familiarize customers with the menu and make appropriate suggestions
-Take and relay orders accurately to relevant team members
-Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
-Handle pick-up and to-go orders
-Manage transactions using cash registers and collect payments
-Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
-Check identification to verify legal drinking age
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including dining, cashier, and bar areas
-Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
-Take and report customer feedback or complaints to the on-shift supervisor
-Collaborate with coworkers and support other team members during busy hours
