
Kitchen Staff
• Set up workstations with ingredients and cooking equipment
• Prepare ingredients and thaw items according to food safety regulations
• Follow recipes and SOPs to prepare and taste broth and dishes for quality consistency
• Cook food using various kitchen tools and monitor cooking process
• Ensure food is properly cooked and well-presented before serving
• Keep kitchen, cooking equipment, and food storage areas sanitized and organized
• Maintain cleanliness of sauce bar and display fridge; ensure items are stocked and presentable
• Support inventory management, stock rotation, and unloading food deliveries
• Store food and ingredients properly and safely
• Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking tools in accordance with food safety standards
• Sweep, mop, and clean floors, garbage bins, and other kitchen areas
• Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to the on-shift supervisor
• Take out trash and replace garbage bags regularly
