About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Community & Content Marketing Manager to own our brand voice and engage our growing community across social media, email, affiliates, and more. You’ll play a key role in connecting with our users, spotlighting creators, and shaping how millions of people experience VideoGen.

This role blends writing, community engagement, social strategy, and light on-camera work. If you love storytelling, community-building, and working across teams, this is a rare opportunity to make your mark.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own Our Brand Voice: Write and publish content across social media, email campaigns, affiliate updates, and community channels with clarity, warmth, and creativity.
  • Social Media Management: Plan and manage content calendars for Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms. Create engaging posts, reply to comments and DMs, and stay on top of trends.
  • Affiliate Support: Collaborate with our affiliate team to engage partners with updates, resources, and creator spotlights.
  • Email Marketing: Use tools like SendGrid to send newsletters, product updates, and promotions. Track performance and continuously improve engagement.
  • Community Building: Engage with users through community discussions, Q&As, creator stories, and feedback loops. Celebrate our users and foster a strong creator-first culture.
  • On-Camera Content: Occasionally host webinars, AMAs, or screen recordings to walk through product features or support community initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, growth, and support teams to elevate user feedback and keep our community excited about what’s next.

 

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: 2–5 years in a content marketing, social media, or community management role, ideally in SaaS or creator platforms.
  • Exceptional Writing Skills: You write clearly, quickly, and with personality. You can distill complex ideas into simple, compelling messages.
  • Platform Fluency: Comfortable with Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Notion, Canva, SendGrid, and similar tools.
  • Creative and Strategic Mindset: You think holistically about campaigns, audience journeys, and content strategy.
  • On-Camera Confidence: You’re comfortable creating casual product walkthroughs or speaking directly to users in recorded content.
  • Autonomous Execution: You’re organized, proactive, and can run your own calendar and content pipeline with minimal oversight.

  • Background in SaaS or creator-focused companies
  • Video editing experience.
