City of Trees is a clinic that specializes in assessment and therapy for children and adults with neurodevelopmental disabilities such as autism, intellectual disability, and ADHD. We are a small, close-knit group of therapists and psychologists who value community, continued education, work/life balance, and collaboration.

Overview
We are looking to expand our team and are open to hiring a master-level therapist or a doctorate-level psychologist. For a therapist, the job would consist of individual therapy and group therapy as well as supervision of one therapy student per year. For a psychologist, there could be a mix of assessments, individual therapy, and group therapy. We are flexible and would love to work with the right candidate on building their ideal caseload while supporting our clinic's needs.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or Doctorate's Degree
- Licensed individuals preferred- would consider pre-licensed for the ideal candidate
- Experience working with children and adults with ADHD, autism, and/or intellectual disability
- Experience providing therapy to clients with a wide variety of challenges and a willingness to learn and grow in this area
- Experience providing supervision to students- preferred
- Patience and kindness
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy and counseling to individuals and their families.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement crisis intervention strategies as needed.
- Supervise students while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and medical documentation standards.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and improve care strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to enhance patient outcomes and support community integration.
