Lead General Surgeon in Sitka, Alaska

  • Shared call of 1:3 call, (only 10 days per month) for an amazing quality of life
    • Pay: $650/$1,000 for 0-10 days and $1,300/$2,000 for excess
    • Ability to pick up extra call for extra pay if desired
  • Leadership stipend available
  • You manage your weekly OR to Clinic schedule
  • Get to know your patients, seeing an average of 8-10 on OR days and 12 on Clinic days (with room for growth)
  • Keep your medical practice sharp by performing a wide range of procedures including B&B, bariatric, endoscopy, LAP hernia, colon, gall bladder, appendectomy
  • Open to launching new service lines to match your skillset
  • No ICU in this 25-bed critical access hospital, with very little trauma
