About the Role
Magro Speech Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist, Clinical Fellows (CFs) welcomed, to join our growing pediatric private practice. This position offers direct mentorship, a supportive team culture, and hands-on experience serving children and families in a private practice setting.

Responsibilities

Provide speech-language therapy to pediatric clients (primarily ages 1–12)

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Document progress in compliance with insurance and practice standards

Collaborate with families and caregivers for carryover and education

Participate in team meetings and professional development activities

Skills & Attributes

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to connect with children and families in a respectful, engaging way

Flexibility and creativity in adapting sessions to client needs

Commitment to evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming practices

Organizational skills for managing caseload and documentation

Minimum Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (by Summer 2025)

Eligible for New York State licensure

Eligible for or pursuing ASHA Clinical Fellowship

Pediatric experience from clinical placements or work preferred

Compensation & Schedule

Part-time (3 days/week to start, with expectation to expand)

Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Flexible scheduling within clinic hours
