Program Start Date: September 22, 2025

 

This 90-day, hands-on training program gives you the opportunity to experience all aspects of property management—from leasing and operations to accounting and marketing. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, tackle real challenges, and build the skills needed to thrive in the real estate industry.

What Can You Expect?

First 30 Days: Immersive, hands-on training at our Plano, TX corporate office.

Full-time Schedule: You’ll work approximately 40 hours per week, including weekends. Your schedule will align with the office hours of our apartment communities:

  • Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
  • (Specific days and hours may vary based on business needs; your manager will notify you in advance.)

What Comes Next?

After completing the 90-day program, participants will have the opportunity to interview with our leadership panel to be considered for a full-time position as an Operator I. This is a continued rotational role designed to expand your experience across multiple departments.
 

Our goal is to develop multifaceted professionals who understand how each part of our business fits together. As an Operator I, you’ll continue rotating through different areas of property management to gain cross-functional expertise. From there, you may progress into advanced operator roles or transition into a specialized function, depending on your strengths and business needs.
