Veterinary Receptionist/Vet Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable cross trained Veterinary Receptionist/Vet Assistant to come and join our team. This job consists of many different skills. Your primary job will be answering office phones and scheduling appointments in an effective and timely manner. We use a cloud base program that allows us to access client sensitive information. You will familiarize yourself with medications that you will be handling to distribute to clients for their pets. A person who is comfortable with handing large sums of cash as well as credit card transactions is desired. This role works together with other receptionists to insure the hospital runs smoothly. Experience handing cats and dogs is appreciated to help alleviate client traffic due to emergencies /urgent cases.
