3D Artist to Create Digital Maquette for Fashion Campaign Set

Looking for a 3D artist to create a digital maquette for a fashion campaign set. This digital model will guide the physical maquette I’ll build by hand and help communicate the vision to vendors.

Key feature: a custom inflatable structure that must be included in the digital scene, based on reference images I’ll provide.

This maquette is a set design reference for the IRL fashion campaign shoot, a reference tool the vendors will use to build a custom inflatable that will serve as the main set for the IRL fashion campaign shoot.

I won’t be providing sketches, but I’ll send clear references and explain everything thoroughly.

Purpose of the Maquette

This Digital Maquette Will Be Used To:

— Help source physical materials (based on proportions and texture) & build a physical maquette (by me) that mirrors the digital version

— Communicate the layout, form, and proportions of the inflatable structure to vendors who will bring it to full life-size scale for a photoshoot set.

(Only the inflatable will be fabricated at life-size — the rest remains part of the maquette.)

— Guide set design and spatial planning for the IRL shoot

— Support BTS storytelling and digital content (TikTok/IG)

— Use as a visual tool when contacting vendors and collaborators

What I Need
A conceptual 3D model that includes:
– A highly detailed inflatable foosball structure (matte finish)

– Stylized surrounding elements to bring the world to life — stadium-style props, signage, barricades, vendor tables, benches, etc.

– The inflatable is the only IRL set piece, but these props should enhance the visual storytelling (inspired by Bodys Isek Kingelez)

– A world that feels tactile, layered, and narrative-driven

– Realistic proportions and basic dimensions for physical build

– No sketch input from me — you must be confident working from visual references and verbal direction

– A final result that functions as a moodboard alternative and can be shared as part of campaign content

Brand Colors:
My brand’s core color is blue (hexcode#122140). There’s no fixed palette beyond that—just colors that feel rich, offbeat, and complementary. Think deep jewel tones or muddy reds and greens that feel tactile and lived-in. Designers can play with accent colors that build on this world, but the navy grounds everything.
