Fashion Showroom Assistant

Responsibilities
- Attend meetings with fashion buyers and retailers
- Manage and update contact lists
- Take meeting notes and prepare follow-up agendas
- Draft and send professional emails to clients and partners
- Maintain and coordinate the calendar for sales and showroom activities
- Potential travel to fashion markets and trade shows
What We’re Looking For
- Sharp, articulate, and resourceful
- Fashion-savvy, with knowledge of trends, designers, and retail landscapes
- College educated or currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, fashion, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-directed and comfortable working remotely
Details
- $25/hour
- 10 hours per week to start, with flexibility on days and times
- Fully remote, with occasional in-person opportunities and potential travel
