
Retail Store Lead
We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Retail Store Lead to join our team and help us create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. In this role, you’ll take on a leadership position within the store—supporting day-to-day operations, coaching team members, and stepping in for the Store Manager when needed.
You’ll set the tone on the sales floor, lead by example, and help ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently. If you have a passion for retail, strong communication skills, and enjoy leading a team, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in daily operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and scheduling
Lead and motivate sales associates to meet or exceed performance goals
Ensure an exceptional customer experience through coaching, training, and modeling excellent service
Anticipate potential issues and help resolve them.
Maintain store standards in merchandising, cleanliness, and product presentation
Manage inventory processes, restocking, and visual displays
Assist with onboarding and training new team members
Step in to resolve customer concerns and escalate when necessary
Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
2+ years of retail experience required; leadership or keyholder experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Demonstrated reliability and integrity
Self-motivated
Proficient with basic point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail operations
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
