You’ll work closely with physicians, support minor procedures, and help keep our clinics running smoothly.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
- Greet and room patients, record vitals, update EMR
- Assist with in-office procedures (injections, wart removal, nail care, minor surgeries)
- Perform basic podiatric care and apply DME, dressings, and strappings
- Take X-rays and manage lab specimens

- Prep and clean exam rooms, sterilize instruments
Required Skills and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA preferred) OR 1+ year of experience in a customer service role
- Familiarity with medical terminology, CPT and ICD-9 codes, and insurance processes (preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy practices (mandatory)
- Technologically savvy; proficient in Microsoft 365 products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Pay: $20 - $22/hr, based on experience
