Individual Support Manager

Individual Support Manager 

Provide 1:1 support in a variety of individualized living settings to adults with varied DD and ASD. Assist adults with ADL's, medical management, budgeting, organizational/ time management skills.  Assist adults with SSA and prioritize job duties, SNAP and Section 8 benefits. Must be able to set limits and  be willing to adjust schedule to meet ind. needs. Monday-Thursday 10am-6pm/Fri 9am-5pm.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS preferred/ HS Diploma with a minimum of 5 yrs experience working with adults with hi-functioning DD/ASD. 
  • Be flexible with schedule and willing to travel to various sites. 
  • Able to multi-task and problem solve. 
  • Must have good writing skills and knowledge of completing assessments, teaching skills, ISP's and documenting services as required. 
  • Driver's license and vehicle required.
