Office Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and printing of shipping labels for outgoing packages.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including data entry into our inventory management system.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for team members.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files related to shipping and inventory.
- Support bookkeeping tasks as required, including invoicing and order tracking.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative role or logistics is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and essential office equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
