Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and printing of shipping labels for outgoing packages.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, including data entry into our inventory management system.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for team members.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files related to shipping and inventory.
  • Support bookkeeping tasks as required, including invoicing and order tracking.
  • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or logistics is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and essential office equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
