Customer Service Representative

Seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSR) in our fast-paced corporate office who are ready to enjoy the benefits of joining a stable company offering opportunities to grow, improve skills, and learn.

We are a professional Financial Services firm in Morgan Hill providing specialized audits to major corporate clients around the world in multiple languages. Our employees enjoy a friendly, rewarding and beautiful work environment. New CSR’s receive extensive training in developing excellent telephone skills, analyzing financial records, and using relationship management software.

Responsibilities:

  • CSR primarily handles outbound and inbound calls with Fortune 500 clients
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers
  • Serve as the primary contact for providing white glove support and problem resolutions for vendors
  • Participate in special projects, both regional and global as needed
  • Follow established procedures, update documentation, assume ownership of end-user issues and strive to provide excellent service to all business partners
  • Maintain required documentation and records to meet best practices
  • Strive to meet individual and team service quality goals
  • Manage and maintain CRM

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a friendly and professional phone demeanor
  • Possess experienced interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and vendors
  • People-oriented - enjoy interacting with people and working on group projects
  • Have excellent customer service skills and written skills
  • Demonstrate positive and professional behavior with customers and coworkers
  • Have experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
