
Clinical Office Manager
Position Overview:
The Clinical Manager is responsible for the functionality of the clinical aspect of the practice across all office locations. This is achieved by training staff, holding staff accountable, maintaining open communication with staff, and promoting an environment conducive to maximizing patient satisfaction.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- RN preferred
- 4+ years as a medical office manager
- 4+ years managing a team of 15–20+ staff
- Strong knowledge of medical insurance, billing, EHR/EMR systems
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
- Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Essential Functions/Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
- Lead & Manage Staff: Hire, train, and coach clinical team members; conduct performance reviews; hold staff accountable; foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Oversee Operations: Manage clinic schedules, workflows, and protocols to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Ensure Compliance: Serve as X-Ray Compliance Officer and MIPS Compliance Officer; maintain accurate records; ensure all processes meet regulatory and safety standards. - Enhance Clinical Excellence: Develop training programs, update EMR templates, implement new protocols, and keep patient education materials current.
- Hands-On Leadership: Step into clinical duties when needed; lead by example and support staff in high-demand times.
- Problem-Solve: Handle patient service recovery situations and maintain clear, regular communication across all locations
Pay: $70,000 Salary.

Physical Requirement
- Ability to sit, stand, and perform clinical tasks needed
- Lift up to 50lbs occasionally
- Work in various clinic environments and travel between locations
