This close-knit family of five, with three adorable children (ages 6 months, 1.5 years, and 4 years), is looking for a nurturing, proactive, and passionate teammate to create joyful, enriching experiences for their little ones. You’ll work alongside a small, dedicated household staff (2–3 members) in a collaborative, supportive environment, with the exciting opportunity for occasional summer travel to beautiful Aspen. LOCATION: Miami, FL (near Coconut Grove)
SCHEDULE: Friday 7:00 AM–Sunday 7:00 PM, live-in (private accommodations provided) + occasional summer travel to Aspen (housing included)

Spark Joy & Learning: Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate activities that inspire creativity and support the kids’ developmental milestones.

Keep the Day Flowing: Manage daily routines like meals, naps, hygiene, and bedtime with a steady, nurturing touch.

Whip Up Healthy Eats: Prepare nutritious, kid-friendly meals and snacks that keep the little ones fueled and happy.

Create a Tidy Haven: Keep the children’s bedrooms, playrooms, and wardrobes organized and clean (with their help when age-appropriate!).

Handle Laundry Like a Pro: Oversee the kids’ laundry and wardrobe needs, ensuring everything’s ready for their busy days.

Join the Adventure: Accompany the family on occasional travel, including extended summer stays in Aspen, with housing provided for seamless support.

Team Up: Collaborate with the household staff to deliver top-notch care, fostering a harmonious and supportive home environment.
