Sales Account Executive - Mentorship Program

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Learn how to identify, contact, and build relationships with prospective clients
  • Understand and communicate tailored logistics solutions that meet client needs
  • Support senior account executives while developing your own client portfolio
  • Shadow and collaborate with experienced team members during client calls, meetings, and negotiations
  • Receive ongoing coaching, feedback, and hands-on learning opportunities
  • Grow into a client-facing sales role with full ownership of your accounts
