Position Overview:
The Customer Care Specialist plays a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support for our clients using the Benefitfirst platform. This position involves telephonic enrollments, benefit inquiries, and ensuring our clients are supported effectively throughout the benefits cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Clearly explain employee benefit offerings to clients and their employees.
- Telephonic Enrollments: Conduct telephonic enrollments and guide callers through the Benefitfirst enrollment process.
- Technical Support: Assist clients with understanding and navigating the Benefitfirst platform.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure all responsibilities are completed with accuracy and efficiency, consistently delivering top-tier customer service.
- Documentation: Log all client interactions and maintain precise records of calls and service requests.
Objectives:
- Enhance the Benefitfirst enrollment process to increase efficiency.
- Become proficient in all aspects of the Benefitfirst platform, including technical and user support.
- Excel in telephonic enrollment functions to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Contribute to the overall success of the Client Services team by providing exceptional service and technical support.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary. Benefitfirst platform and call center training provided by our in house trainers.
