TrueValue Hub is an AI native B2B SaaS solution for direct material sourcing for manufacturing companies. We help manufacturing companies save cost on their direct material procurement, reduce sourcing cycle time, and new product introduction time to market. We provide detailed cost insights of custom design parts for buyers and suppliers, a secure collaboration platform, and a marketplace to collaborate on cost. We have a working product and are currently piloting the product with a few select large enterprise clients.
We are looking for dynamic and motivated MBA Interns to join our marketing team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in email marketing, CRM strategy development, and product marketing. The successful candidates will work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to key marketing initiatives, while also developing practical skills in digital marketing, customer segmentation, and campaign performance analysis.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Email Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns aimed at driving engagement, conversions, and revenue.
- Work alongside the marketing team to create, design, and deploy high-quality email campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Reply.io.
- Contribute to A/B testing of email campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

Market Research & Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to CRM, and email marketing.
- Conduct research on competitive landscapes and identify potential areas for innovation and improvement.
- Assist in monitoring and reporting on key campaign metrics to measure the success of email and CRM initiatives.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Support the team in analyzing campaign performance data and deriving actionable insights.
- Help use data to refine and optimize CRM and email marketing strategies continuously.
- Generate reports on campaign performance and present findings to senior leadership.

Automation & Personalization:
- Assist in implementing marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
- Support efforts to personalize email content and offers based on customer behaviors and preferences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with various teams, including product marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals.
- Provide updates to senior leadership on campaign performance and assist in formulating strategies based on feedback.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an MBA (preferably with a focus in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Strategy, or a related field).
- Basic knowledge or experience in digital marketing, CRM, or email marketing platforms (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Reply.io etc.) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
