COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENTS
KHS&S Contractors, one of the nation's top wall and ceiling contractors, is seeking experienced individuals to oversee field operations for interior/exterior components of large commercial construction projects in Brevard County and Orlando, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise projects to completion within predetermined schedule and budget
- Enforce safety standards at all times
- Overseeing field staff, training and equipment needs
- Daily inspection to ensure quality work and compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years experience as a construction superintendent in the specialty trades
- Understanding metal framing, drywall and interior and exterior finishes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
- Strong knowledge of safety requirements and procedures
- Proven track record of working well with general contractors, subcontractors and field employees
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Must be able to work indoors or outdoors, sometimes in inclement weather and loud environments
- Bilingual English and Spanish would be beneficial
