Founding Engineer
About the role
As our first US-based engineer, you'll be architecting and building the core infrastructure that powers human data training for AI labs across non-verifiable domains like design, finance, and multimodal tasks.
What you will do
- Build our internal tooling system from scratch (competing with OpenAI's Feather)
- Design workflows for domain experts to create high-quality training data
- Deploy LLMs and evaluation pipelines in production
- Create agent training systems for specific verticals
- Integrate with enterprise systems (CRMs, payments, data warehouses)
- Rapid product experimentation and data analysis
Ideal background
- 0–4 years as a backend-leaning, applied AI engineer with steep growth trajectory.
- Proven experience shipping production LLM/agent systems, evaluation tooling, and data pipelines.
- Comfortable owning ambiguous problems and moving fast in a small team.
Tech stack
Python, React, Next.js, SQL/NoSQL, Airflow.
