+ About the Role 

• The Narrative Performance Analyst evaluates and annotates human performance with sensitivity to emotional beats, comedic timing, and narrative flow. In this role, you will analyze filmed or recorded performances, capturing subtle cues such as micro-expressions, posture shifts, pacing, and gesture alignment.
• This role supports the mission of pushing the frontier in AI by ensuring that models understand the full spectrum of human expression. Your contributions will train systems that can better replicate authentic storytelling dynamics across media, from animation and film to interactive experiences.

+ Responsibilities

• Annotate and evaluate recorded performances, focusing on emotional beats, comedic timing, story arcs, and physical expression.
• Collaborate with creative leads and quality assurance teams to ensure annotations meet artistic and technical validity standards.

+ Who We Are Looking For

• Acting coaches or performance specialists with expertise in theatrical or on-screen storytelling.
• Individuals with experience in evaluating emotional authenticity, comedic timing, or dramatic pacing.
• Comfortable working with annotation guidelines and applying judgment across performance types.
• Strong observational, record-keeping, and communication skills.
• Background in entertainment, writing, or animation (e.g., collaborations with studios such as Warner Bros or guilds like WGA) preferred.
