The Content Dynamics Analyst is a practitioner who evaluates and structures the creative decisions that drive online content engagement. In this role, you will analyze consumer-facing videos, identifying how timing, pacing, and emotional pull influence audience retention and virality.

This role supports the mission of improving generative AI systems with data grounded in the real playbooks of top creators. Your contributions will help ensure models reflect what actually resonates with audiences, from the micro-beats of pacing to the broader arcs of narrative tension.

+ Responsibilities

Annotate video content with precise markers for pacing, tension, timing, and emotional beats.

Translate viral content “rules of thumb” into structured annotation guidelines for training data.

Provide expert input on edge cases, such as unusual pacing structures or atypical audience hooks.

+ Who We Are Looking For

Content experts with experience in digital media production, YouTube/short-form video, or social media storytelling.

Familiarity with proven virality drivers (e.g., retention curves, thumbnail/frame hooks, emotional pacing).

Strong ability to break down implicit creative choices into explicit annotation guidelines.

Prior exposure to leading creator ecosystems (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Twitch) a plus.
