About the Role

KidsCo is the childcare program of our MomCo group (formerly MOPS). We are seeking caring, dependable Childcare Workers to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children ages 0–5 while moms attend meetings. This is a great opportunity for students seeking experience in early childhood education or related fields.

Responsibilities

Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate play and activities

Provide basic care such as snacks, diapering, and bathroom help as needed

Follow a simple, Christian-based KidsCo curriculum (provided)

Ensure a safe, welcoming, and positive atmosphere

Work cooperatively with other childcare staff

Schedule & Pay

1st & 3rd Tuesdays, September–May (with a few exceptions in March)

9:00–11:30 AM

$40 per meeting, paid directly after each session

Qualifications

Enjoy working with young children (ages 0–5)

Dependable and punctual

Ability to work well with a small team

Prior childcare experience helpful but not required
