Job Summary:

Leadership at Chick-fil-A is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the leadership team and staff. This role involves problem-solving, managing financial procedures, and maintaining a positive work environment. This role is expected to uphold Chick-fil-A’s core values, lead with integrity, and create a culture of teamwork and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Supervision

  • Supervise, mentor, and support various levels of leadership and employees.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels and efficient deployment of team members.
  • Coach and develop employees to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Lead by example in professionalism, attitude, and work ethic.

Customer Service & Problem-Solving

  • Ensure every guest has a remarkable Chick-fil-A experience.
  • Quickly assess customer needs and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Step in during high-volume periods to assist with front-of-house operations.
  • Address and resolve operational challenges, ensuring smooth service

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure compliance with Chick-fil-A brand standards and operational procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
  • Work alongside the leadership team to meet business goals and objectives.
  • Adapt to changing circumstances and execute shift adjustments as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred.
  • Strong ability to problem-solve and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of cash management and financial accountability.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to excellent guest service.
