Minnodi LLC is seeking accomplished PhD professionals in Cybersecurity (or related fields) to join our team as Cybersecurity Trainers. Candidates with a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity are also welcome, and current PhD students with demonstrated expertise are strongly encouraged to apply.

This role provides an opportunity for PhD-level experts to share their knowledge through training, mentorship, and hands-on instruction, contributing to the development of the next generation of cybersecurity leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training sessions in cybersecurity domains.
  • Develop and refine course materials, labs, and assessments.
  • Teach specialized topics such as:
  • Network Security
  • Cloud & Application Security
  • Ethical Hacking & Penetration Testing
  • Risk Management & Compliance
  • Cyber Threat Intelligence
  • Provide mentorship and academic guidance to learners.
  • Integrate research-oriented insights into training content.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in cybersecurity research and practice.

Qualifications:

  • PhD in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (strongly preferred).
  • Current PhD students with strong research and applied knowledge are encouraged to apply.
  • Master’s degree holders with advanced expertise will also be considered.
  • Familiarity with academic and industry practices in cybersecurity.
  • Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience preferred.
  • Professional certification in CompTIA is a plus.
