
Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health Therapist
The Infant and Child Therapist will specialize in supporting babies, toddlers. and young children through play-based interventions, holistic and inclusive care, and parent/caregiver coaching to nurture strong emotional bonds, while also offering therapy for older children as needed.
Reports To: Clinical Director/Practice Owner
Location: In-person/Hybrid/Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
FSLA Status: Exempt
Required: Master's degree or higher in Social Work Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy
Active clinical license in Michigan and or California: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD
Minimum 1 year of experience working with Infants, toddlers, or young children (internship experience counts)
Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience and caseload (W-2 or 1099 option)
Paid clinical supervision (if applicable)
