Southern Cross Aviation, established 1989, is a trusted source for aircraft parts within the general aviation industry worldwide.
We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, Company Headquarters. In this role you will be on the forefront processing and managing customer accounts, resolving inquiries, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. This role is integral to the smooth operation between our sales team and customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of invoices 100-200 per day
- Communicate professionally with customers via phone and email
- Resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts and credit applications
- Monitor the status of customer accounts and take necessary actions when needed
- Maintain a continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices
- Assist with general office tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficient in using Microsoft office (Excel)
- Proven ability in Account Reconciliation
- Experience in Commercial Collections B2B
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- High School diploma & associate degree preferred
- Written and oral communications in English
- Basic math
Additional Information
Shift Monday thru Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm In Person
