Financial Advisor

We are seeking highly motivated, self-driven individuals to join our network as Financial Advisor. This is not a salaried employee position; you are building your own business. You will be responsible for generating leads, consulting with clients to understand their financial goals, and recommending appropriate strategies using our vast portfolio of products. Your success is directly tied to your effort, resilience, and ability to build lasting client relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Business Development: Actively generate leads through networking, referrals, social media marketing, community involvement, and leveraging company-provided lead programs.

Client Consultation: Conduct thorough financial needs analyses through virtual or in-person meetings to identify client objectives, challenges, and opportunities.

Strategic Planning: Design and present tailored financial strategies and solutions focused on areas such as life insurance, retirement income, wealth preservation, and long-term care.

Product Implementation: Execute the necessary paperwork and applications to accurately implement recommended financial products.

Client Relationship Management: Provide ongoing, exceptional service to clients, including annual reviews and policy adjustments, to ensure retention and generate repeat business and referrals.

Compliance & Administration: Adhere strictly to all industry regulations (FINRA, SEC, State Insurance Codes) and internal compliance procedures. Maintain accurate and timely client records.
