Role Description
Croft Christian Academy is looking for both full-time and part-time on-site Childcare Teachers to work with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old. The Childcare Teachers will be responsible for nurturing children academically and spiritually while creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. Daily tasks will include implementing strategic practices, fostering creativity, and ensuring the overall well-being of the children.

- At least 18 years old
- Must have a GED or H.S. diploma and have completed or are currently completing ECD 101
- Ability to easily adapt to different teaching situations
- Must be flexible to work a shift between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM, and have reliable transportation to the Child Care center to ensure consistency of care
- Creativity skills for developing engaging educational activities
- Prior experience in a licensed childcare or early childhood education program is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children aged 6 weeks to 5 years of age and fostering their growth
- A background in Christian education or ministry is a plus
- Ability to pass background checks & health assessments
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for child safety and emergencies

Competitive Pay
Without experience, starting pay ranges from $10-$12 an hour.
