
Inside Sales representative bilingual in Mandarin
We are looking to hire a full-time Inside Sale Representative to join our team at our company located in Milpitas. With our parent company headquartered in China and manufacturing sites globally, we provide sales and engineering services to customers in the Bay Area and other states across the U.S
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support & Inquiries: Assist the Outside Sales team by addressing customer inquiries, following up on requests, and providing exceptional customer service via email and phone.
2. Customer & Product Engagement: engage with our customers on products, and applications on a day-to-day basis. Act as a proactive liaison with our factory personnel in China, Taiwan, and Vietnam as required and provide to customers in a timely manner.
3. Site Visits: attend customer sites as required to deliver samples, assess product status, and facilitate discussions regarding product updates or concerns.
4. Internal Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal teams to advocate for customer needs.
5. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including maintaining records, tracking sales activities, and supporting day-to-day operations.
6. Project Management: Oversee and manage sales programs status, following upand ensuring efficient execution.
7. Other Sales related responsibilities as assigned
Preferred Skills:
- Fluency in Mandarin is required due to frequent communication with factory teams in China and Taiwan.
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
