
Field Associate
The Field Associate is an essential entry-level role designed for individuals new to the financial services industry. This is a training-intensive position where you will work closely with an established Senior Financial Professional to learn all aspects of the business. Your primary goal is to obtain the necessary licenses, develop foundational sales skills, and build the confidence to transition into a full-time Financial Professional. This role provides a unique opportunity to earn while you learn the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training & Licensing:
Successfully complete all required training modules and study for licensing exams.
Obtain Life, Health, & Accident insurance licenses within the first 90 days.
Obtain Securities registrations (SIE, Series 6/7, Series 63) as required by the program.
- Shadowing & Observation:
Actively observe the Senior Advisor during client meetings, seminars, and prospecting calls.
Learn and document proven processes for client discovery, presentation, and closing.
- Business Development Support:
Assist with lead generation activities, including setting appointments and conducting follow-up calls.
Help organize and execute client appreciation and educational events.
Manage and update the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system with client data.
- Client Service & Administration:
Prepare financial illustrations and proposals for client review.
Assist with the completion and processing of application paperwork with strict adherence to compliance standards.
Provide exceptional pre- and post-sale service to clients.
