
Wealth Management Advisor
We are seeking motivated, entrepreneurial, and client-focused individuals to join our team as Wealth Management Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a client base by providing holistic financial advice and recommending tailored solutions from our suite of top-tier products. This is an independent contractor position ideal for a self-starter who is driven by uncapped earning potential and the desire to make a real impact on their clients' financial lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Advisory & Financial Planning:
Conduct in-depth financial needs analyses for individuals, families, and business owners.
Develop, present, and implement customized financial plans focused on client goals for retirement, income protection, wealth transfer, and education funding.
Provide ongoing advice and proactively review client portfolios to ensure strategies remain aligned with their evolving financial situations.
- Business Development & Prospecting:
Generate leads and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, seminars, and community engagement.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Build and leverage a professional network to drive business growth.
- Product Knowledge & Sales Execution:
Educate clients on a broad range of financial products, including but not limited to:
Life Insurance (Term, Whole, Universal)
Annuities (Fixed, Fixed Indexed, Variable)
Long-Term Care Solutions
Investment Products (Mutual Funds, ETFs)
Execute the necessary paperwork and applications accurately and in compliance with industry regulations.
- Practice Management:
Manage and grow an independent book of business.
Maintain meticulous client records using our proprietary CRM system.
Uphold the highest ethical standards and ensure all practices comply with FINRA, SEC, and state insurance regulations.
